5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Greetings, park film, Cyclorama - Attendees gather in park theater (seats 170) for welcome, followed by park film and visits to Cyclorama
6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Reception and galleries - Food service begins at 6:30 p.m. and continues through 9 p.m., sign up required, see below; museum galleries open concurrently for visits at attendees' leisure.

NEW this year: An Employment Networking and Coaching Team will staff a table in the exhibitors area, with experienced employees and hiring managers talking with people individually. Nat Deutsch, the NPS chief of human resources, and staff from the Seasonal Recruitment Operations Center will be present. This is a unique opportunity to talk with 5-6 experienced employees and hiring managers about how to position yourself for a new job, seasonal or permanent. Bring a copy of your resume and KSAs if you want to have a representative review them.

SPECIAL EVENTS (Sign up required; see registration page)

Sunday, Dec. 6, Reception & Picnic at New Visitor Center with film viewing and museum access. Picnic reception, hamburgers or veggie burgers, chicken and side dishes. Also includes ticket for museum, NPS film and cyclorama. Cash bar available. Cost, $20 per person.

Monday, Dec. 7, Guided Bus Tour of Gettysburg Battlefield and National Cemetery. Pick up and drop off at hotel. Bus seats are limited to 90 (two buses have been reserved) on first-come, first-serve basis paid through preregistration. Cost, $10 per person.
