Catoctin Mountain Park (in Maryland about 30 minutes from Gettysburg) has graciously set aside the Round Meadow Dormitory for Rendezvous participants. You will need to bring your own bedding (linens or sleeping bag), towels, soap, etc.

The heated dorm sleeps 30 (15 beds per side, no individual rooms or cabins) and has two bathrooms with toilets and showers. Here is a link to check out the Round Meadow accommodations:www.nps.gov/cato/planyourvisit/roundmeadow.htm

Check-in will be allowed by noon Saturday, Dec. 5, with checkout by noon Friday, Dec. 11.

To reserve a space, e-mail the ANPR Business Office: Teresa Ford, fordedit@aol.com. You must sign up by Friday, Dec. 4, and it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please list the days you need a bed and your estimated time of arrival.

This offer is good for Rendezvous attendees only, but if you have interested friends who want to come to the Rendezvous and still haven't signed up, please tell them to contact the ANPR Business Office.

Remember, you MUST sign up in advance with ANPR by Friday, Dec. 4. You can't show up at the facility without a reservation.
